NOTE: To put the cord on top, you'll have to punch a hole at 1/4 inch from the border, centering it on each side. Since many don't like the dangling satin tassle, the punch mark has been omitted.

NOTE : Pour ajouter un gland, poinçonnez en haut, à 6 mm du bord, bien centré. Comme plusieurs n'aiment pas les glands, la marque n'a pas été ajoutée.

Tassel (not shown):

1. Cut 15 strands of thread each 10 cm long and fold in half
2. Cut 1 strand 20 cm long and tie around top of fold twice, about 0,5 cm from top.
3. With tapestry needle, pull ends of long strand in the knot, leaving long strand on top to tie to bookmark.
4. Insert top loop in bookmark, from right side of image to wrong side.
5. Push tassle into loop and pull gently to secure loop.

Gland (non montré) :

1. Couper 15 longueurs de fil de 10 cm chacun et plier en deux.
2. Couper une longueur de 20 cm et attacher en haut du pli, à 0,5 cm de ce pli.
3. Avec une aiguille à tapisserie, passer les bouts du long fil dans le noeud.
4. Insérer la boucle dans le trou du signet, du devant de l'image vers l'arrière.
5. Passez le gland dans la boucle ainsi formée. Tirez légèrement pour refermer la boucle sur le fil.
